I experienced a significant delay during check-in, taking over thirty minutes even though no one else was there. The room I received was inadequate for my group size, forcing me to argue for a proper arrangement late at night. To top it off, the facilities felt very outdated, which only added to my disappointment.

We appreciated the early check-in and the immaculately cleaned room. The staff's helpfulness in providing access to the iron room was a thoughtful gesture.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and the metro. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool area is nice, and the breakfast is decent. Overall, a pleasant experience. 😊

The stay was nice. Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The bathroom was private with a shower and hairdryer. Breakfast included freshly baked pastries and juices. Location was ideal near restaurants and metro. The fitness center was great with steam room and sun loungers. Staff were super polite and helpful.

Our family enjoyed the hotel’s fantastic outdoor pool area, especially with our young child. It provided a lovely place to unwind after exploring the city, and the views from the Sky Bar were a delightful bonus.

stayed at transamerica for 3 nights, and it was awesome! the location is perfect, very close to avenida paulista and the metro. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed a room change. enjoyed a good breakfast, and the fitness center was a nice bonus.

The room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchen area, including a microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast offered a variety of options that were satisfying, and the fitness center exceeded my expectations.

The internet connection was slow and required separate login codes.
